I spent 2.5 hours with Microsoft Support yesterday trying everything and that's when we got the SARA tool working. I can't help but think something is wrong with the CDN. I tried from my office and my home on both Comcast and ATT and at doesn't make a difference. Tried again this morning with the ODT and no go. SARA Tool, was the only thing that worked. Dual core processors are those that contain 2 cores in a single silicon chip while Core 2 Duo is the name given by Intel to its second batch of dual core.
